Job Description

Support in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into business environment to achieve expected business results.

Requirements

Experience:
• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation & support experience.
• Must have at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live), including post Go Live support.

• FI-AR(Account Receivable Sap(Account Payables), GL and New GL(General Ledger), FI-AA (Asset Account); Month/year end closing activities and Configuration of SAP FI integration with some SD, HCM or MM modules.
• Highly desirable: knowledge on CO: CO-PC(Cost Calculation, Material Ledger), CO-PA (Profitability Analysis);CO-OM(Internal Orders); CO-CCA

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other modules (MM, SD and HCM)
• Business knowledge and process design skills

Abilities:
• Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Able to work beyond required working hours
• Ability to build & lead team

Responsibilities

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of FICO SAP sub modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing of SAP FICO as well as integration with other SAP Modules: MM, SD and HR
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet needs.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
• Acts as liaison with team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
• Data migration activities including master & transactional data
• Development / enhancements specifications (Z reports, smart forms, and user exists)
• Prepare cutover strategy and conducting cutover detailed activities.
• Maintenance of FI/CO SAP System
 Monitor and maintain system performance and accuracy of data processing
 Resolve system issues by correcting data and/or modifying configurations/programs
 Analyze / design / configure / test / communicate with users for minor enhancements.
 Meet established SLA (Service Level Agreement.
• New Project Implementation / Roll Out in Finance area
 Lead and manage small / medium scale projects in finance area
 Plan and define scope, timeline, and resources for projects
 Gather and document user requirements
 Design and implement system
 Build scenarios and perform test
• Communication with users
 Communicate daily maintenance issues and project status
 Maintain thorough understanding of business functions, and utilize the knowledge to facilitate changes
• Communication and reporting in
 Document proper materials
 Report project and maintenance status
 Escalate critical system impacts/issues to management
 Develop reporting packs for C-Management level
• Make independent decisions in: -
 Finance system design and quality that do not impact other business process
 Urgent system support
• Make collaborative decisions in: -
 Changes impacting other systems
 Project/request priority set-up

Other Responsibilities:
• Participate and work with task force and special groups.
• Prepare general reports relevant to the job
• Coach and train new employees within the section

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferably in Finance / Accounting)
• SAP FI and/or CO certificate is a must
• Business and accounting experience gained from extensive use is a must
